COPYRIGHT LICENSE INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
Copyright Owner: I do hereby declare and warrant that I, the copyright owner of the film, print, slide, movie, video, artwork, digital image, negatives or other material “hereafter referred to as “photos”). I hereby grant a non-exclusive license to Creative Interior Imagery and its agents to reproduce these photos for a one time use and I represent that I have the legal right to grant such a license.
