Open Flexi Production Manager Software

Click on the Setup Tab

Select Color Profiling Wizard

Select Create ICC Output Profile

Start Profile Setup proceed to Step 6

Check Settings

  1. Device: “Printer”

  2. Print Mode: High Quality

  3. Resolution: 1440x720

  4. Color Mode: CMYK (2 bit)

  5. Dither: Enhanced Stochastic 2

  6. Media Display Name: This is on the rack under the media

  7. Select (NEXT>)

Step 7

Linearization - Select Print Target

Step 8

Make sure the Ione Profiler is pluged in and on the white point. Then select calibrate and calibrate devise by pressing the button on the side over the white target.

Step 9

When devise is calibrated click on measure and start reading the patches from left to right on the target that just printed.

Press (Next>)

Step 11

Print Multi-ink Limit Test

Step 12

Look at print with loop and look for the range that the print looks good with no over spray and is not sticky to touch then input the numbers into the Ink Limit

Select (Next>)

Step 14

Characterization - Print Target

Step 15

Press Calibrate Put the Ione over the white target and press the button on the left over the white target

Take target out of printer and press measure. Measure each line from left to right

Select (Next>)

ICC Generation Select Generate

Press Finish
